In the wake of the coronavirus outbreak in spring 2020, confidence in the travel sector was at an all time low. Between the UK closing down and the government introducing quarantine measures, Eurostar aimed to reassure customers that travel was safe with its Taking you there with care campaign. After coming up with the name for the campaign, I was involved in many aspects of the project including copy for a dotcom hub, script copy for a customer video, CRM, social media, and an internal manifesto for colleagues. Six months into the pandemic I was recognised with an Etoile, Eurostar’s highest internal award, for my work.
